The Goal Together project invites volunteers to join in the effort and learn about the project to conserve and breed Banteng cattle and restore natural resources by creating water reservoirs and food sources for wildlife through activities “Return Moisture to the Forest, Know How to Preserve the Ecosystem” together with the community and the staff of the Khao Nam Phu Nature and Wildlife Education Center, Tha Kradan Subdistrict, Si Sawat District, Kanchanaburi Province. Natural water will be managed and used to benefit the raising and breeding of Banteng in the nature study center’s Banteng pen, with the goal of releasing it back into the environment. It will also benefit the forest ecosystem and the local wildlife.

Semi-permanent weirs are made from a combination of natural and construction materials, with stone as the main material for strengthening, making them durable and easy to build yourself. They are ideal for upstream areas with naturally winding waterways and high slopes. There is also a spillway that allows water to pass through and distribute moisture without altering the water path.

This has no negative effects on the environment and aids in the absorption of water into the ground, providing food for Banteng and other animals in the area.

Because rehabilitation cannot be completed by a single person or community, but rather requires the collaboration of many people, whether volunteers, government agencies, or communities. All of our collaborative efforts have resulted in long-term benefits, such as the restoration of natural resources and the creation of food for wildlife. And when perfection is achieved, humans will benefit as well, because natural resources are everyone's property, and the responsibility to care for them falls on everyone. … Still following the continuation of the Goal Together project and raising hands to volunteer in other volunteer activities where you can participate and benefit the area at www.suthiratfoundation.or.th
